Cüimo is a Spanish company created to professionalise the market for used motorcycles. Its model brings inspection, paperwork, payment, financing and delivery into one customer experience.
Building the technology behind Cüimo's rapid growth
Tailor built Cüimo's technology from the ground up and developed two major versions of the product as the company evolved its business model. Within a year, Cüimo grew from €80,000 to more than €1 million in monthly revenue while reaching profitability.

Client
Challenge
The founders began with a business vision and the legal groundwork in place, but no product or technology foundation.
Buying a used motorcycle had traditionally meant coordinating several fragmented processes and accepting considerable uncertainty about the condition of the vehicle. Cüimo wanted to create a digital journey that could support a high-value purchase with the trust of a professional operator.
The technology also needed to move with a company still discovering the best operating model for the market.
What we built
Tailor joined from day one as Cüimo's technology partner, taking responsibility for the backend, frontend and infrastructure and making product and architectural decisions with the founding team.
We built the systems supporting the full transaction. Stripe handled payments and financing, allowing the company to process high-value purchases without developing financial infrastructure from scratch. Socket.io powered live conversations between buyers and sellers, keeping questions and negotiations within the platform.
During the relationship, Tailor delivered two major versions of the product as Cüimo's proposition and operating model evolved.
Impact
Within a year, Cüimo grew from €80,000 to more than €1 million in monthly revenue, with the company reporting around 30% month-on-month growth and positive EBITDA and net cash.
The business projected €8 million in revenue and 1,800 motorcycles sold in 2024. In 2025, Seaya invested approximately €8 million to support its next stage of growth.
These figures describe the company's overall traction. Tailor's direct contribution was the technology foundation that supported its launch and two substantial evolutions of the product.
