A leading European proptech company

Challenge

A leading Spanish proptech company wanted to redefine how users interact with their digital platform for buying, selling, and renting homes. Their existing interface was purely functional: it allowed users to act but didn’t convey trust, brand identity, or a sense of sophistication.

The goal was to create a new experience that simplified transactions and built confidence for users making high-value decisions like home reservations and mortgage applications.

The redesign was a joint effort with our sister studio mendesaltaren, who led the visual and brand layer while Tailor Hub owned the front-end architecture and build.

Without Tailor Hub's team, we wouldn't have been able to launch the site in the few months we gave ourselves.

VP of Engineering - Leading Spanish proptech company

Client

The client is a Spanish proptech company revolutionizing real estate by simplifying buying, selling, renting, and financing homes entirely online. Headquartered in Madrid, it operates across Spain, Portugal, France, and Mexico, using technology to speed up traditionally slow and opaque processes.

In 2023, the company grew revenue into the hundreds of millions of euros despite challenging market conditions, while acquiring and selling thousands of properties across its portfolio.

Tech

Tailor Hub partnered with the client to design and implement a completely new front-end architecture and visual system.

The solution was built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS on a microfrontend architecture.

Each business domain (such as rentals, mortgages, or sales) was treated as an independent application. This allowed the client to scale or update individual areas without affecting the overall system.

It integrated cleanly with the existing back-end services, so the redesign shipped without reworking what was underneath.

Impact

The redesigned interface sharpened the client's brand perception, combining aesthetic precision with reliable engineering. The new website launched in September 2025.

User trust increased thanks to clear, intuitive flows for payments and identity verification, key for large-value online transactions.

Internally, the client's engineering teams gained a scalable foundation aligned with modern development standards, enabling future expansion of business units or new digital products without reworking the core platform.
